Service Description
Our Rescue Assessment provides a deeper look at your foster dog’s behaviour, emotional state and environmental factors. Through observation and discussion, we identify what the dog is communicating, their history, triggers, routines, environment, and the factors influencing their behaviour, and the most effective ways to support them. The Fosters and rescue receive easy-to-follow strategies, management tools, and training recommendations designed to make daily life smoother and set the dog up for long-term success. Travel fees apply based on one-way distance from L5L – 403 & Erin Mills, Mississauga, ON (calculated as round trip): 0–25 minutes: Free 25–45 minutes: $20 flat 45+ minutes: $35 flat For Rescue Organizations Only
Cancellation Policy
The Mannered Mutt – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! To ensure fairness and consistency, please review our cancellation and refund terms below Private & Virtual Sessions • 24 Hours Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid a fee. • Late Cancellations / No-Shows Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be forfeited and non-refundable. Training Packages • Non-Refundable After First Session Package purchases are non-refundable after the first session has been completed. • Partial Refunds (Before First Session Only) If you request a cancellation before your first session, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. • Expiration Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Virtual Consultations • The same cancellation policy applies (24-hour notice required). • Sessions can be moved to a different time or day if space allows, provided notice is given in time. Trainer Cancellations In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
