Service Description

Training walks are structured, one-on-one walks between dog and trainer where your dog learns leash manners, focus, and calm behaviours outdoors — all with a certified trainer. Perfect for dogs who: -Pull on leash or are hard to control on walks -React to dogs, people, or distractions -Need mental stimulation and consistent training between sessions -Need help transferring obedience skills to real-world environments Walks are done in your neighbourhood or nearby trails to work through everyday challenges and reinforce good habits— all while you go about your day. Owners receive a summary and take-home tips after each walk. Training walks are the perfect solution for busy dog owners who want professional training support throughout their busy day. Also available to order and schedule in a 4 pack for $200. Save $60 Travel fee may apply based on distance from our home base. Cancellation Policy

The Mannered Mutt – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! To ensure fairness and consistency, please review our cancellation and refund terms below Private & Virtual Sessions • 24 Hours Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid a fee. • Late Cancellations / No-Shows Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be forfeited and non-refundable. Training Packages • Non-Refundable After First Session Package purchases are non-refundable after the first session has been completed. • Partial Refunds (Before First Session Only) If you request a cancellation before your first session, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. • Expiration Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Virtual Consultations • The same cancellation policy applies (24-hour notice required). • Sessions can be moved to a different time or day if space allows, provided notice is given in time. Trainer Cancellations In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
