Get expert training right from your living room. Using video calls, I’ll guide you through real-time coaching, demonstration, and feedback — no driving required. In this session, we’ll: -Assess your dog’s current behaviour & challenges -Walk you through tailored exercises & techniques -Practice together while I observe and adjust -Develop a clear, step-by-step action plan you can do between sessions This service is perfect if: -You live outside my regular in-home zone -You want flexibility without needing to travel -You’re comfortable using video / online tools -You prefer hands-on coaching but can’t meet in person -You have questions you want answered over video chat Duration & Cost 60 minutes via video (Zoom) Transparent flat rate — no hidden travel fees
Cancellation Policy
The Mannered Mutt – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! To ensure fairness and consistency, please review our cancellation and refund terms below Private & Virtual Sessions • 24 Hours Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid a fee. • Late Cancellations / No-Shows Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be forfeited and non-refundable. Training Packages • Non-Refundable After First Session Package purchases are non-refundable after the first session has been completed. • Partial Refunds (Before First Session Only) If you request a cancellation before your first session, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. • Expiration Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Virtual Consultations • The same cancellation policy applies (24-hour notice required). • Sessions can be moved to a different time or day if space allows, provided notice is given in time. Trainer Cancellations In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
